De Smart BMS 12/200 is een accubeheersysteem voor Victron lithium-ijzer-fosfaat (LiFePO4) Smart-accu’s. Het werd specifiek ontworpen voor 12 V-systemen met een 12 V-alternator zoals in voertuigen en boten.
Het combineert een stroombeperker, accucombineerder en een accubeschermer in een robuuste en compacte oplossing en stelt u in staat veilig elke grootte 12 V-alternator (en startaccu), belastingen en laders aan te sluiten op Smart Lithiumaccu's.
De Smart BMS 12/200 controleert en beschermt elke individuele accucel binnen de accu (of accubank) en zal de alternator, laadbronnen of DC-belastingen ontkoppelen bij lage accucelspanning, hoge accucelspanning of overtemperatuur.
De toegewijde alternatoraansluiting biedt stroombeperking en eenrichtingsverkeer van de alternator naar de accu, dit zodat een alternator (en startaccu) van elke grootte veilig aangesloten kan worden op de Smart Lithiumaccu (of accubank) en de startaccu is beschermd tegen excessieve ontlading.
De BMS is ook uitgerust met Bluetooth voor bewaking en configuratie en een Remote aan/uit-aansluiting om de BMS (en het systeem) uit te schakelen via een externe schakelaar en een vooralarmaansluiting, om een waarschuwingssignaal te geven voordat de BMS de accu’s van het systeem zal ontkoppelen.
