First up, this is the Bluetooth accessory for our range of inverter/chargers: Multi, MultiPlus, MultiPlus-II, MultiGrid, MultiGrid-II, Quattro, and our Phoenix Inverter series with a VE.Bus port. Once installed, use the VictronConnect app to monitor operation and control the system: adjust the input current limit and switch between Off, On, and Charger Only modes.
Secondly, it can function as a voltage- and temperature-sensing device for the inverter/charger. This works with all models.
For surveillance, the device is a great alternative in caravans, smaller yachts and campers for which the Color Control GX or Venus GX are a step too far.
It also adds Instant Readout to the VE.Bus product, displaying key inverter/charger data on the VictronConnect device's list page without needing to connect it to the product. This includes visual notifications of warnings, alarms, and error messages, allowing for at-a-glance diagnosis.
