The deep-cycle AGM telecom series is specifically designed for telecom systems. Their small footprint and front-accessible connections make them ideal for rack systems. They also solve problems associated with limited floor space in boats and cars.

AGM technology
AGM stands for "Absorbent Glass Mat." In these batteries, the electrolyte is absorbed into a fiberglass mat sandwiched between the plates by capillary action.

Low self-discharge
Thanks to the use of lead-calcium grids and high-purity materials, Victron VRLA batteries can easily handle long periods without recharging. The self-discharge rate is less than 2% per month at a temperature of 20°C. This discharge rate doubles with every 10°C increase in temperature.

Low internal resistance
Accepts very high charge and discharge rates.

High life cycle capability
More than 500 cycles at 50% depth of discharge.
