The Smart BatteryProtect disconnects the battery from non-essential loads before it becomes fully discharged (which can damage the battery) or before it has insufficient power to start the engine.

When using Bluetooth to program the Smart BatteryProtect, you can set any required on/off levels. Alternatively, you can set one of nine on/off presets using the programming PIN (see manual).

Bluetooth can be turned off if needed.

The Smart BatteryProtect is a unidirectional device. It can only allow current to flow in one direction, either to a load or from a charger, but not both simultaneously. Furthermore, current can only flow from the IN terminal to the OUT terminal. When used with a load, the battery connects to the IN terminal, and when used with a charger, the charger connects to the IN terminal.
